Its a bit rich for me but it has a nice chocolately taste. It doesnt really taste as much like a nutella cheesecake to me as a more chocolatey cheesecake. I had never made a cheesecake before so I had no idea that it would take so long to make it took me 3 hours from start to finish.
Either way I thought the graham cracker crust was a good call and it definitely does not need extra sugar. But I followed the recipe exactly and it came out great.
